Every pizza skin we make is a two day process starting with a traditional sourdough starter and finished by hand rolling it to a 10" not-always-perfect circle.

OUR SAUCE HAS LESS THAN 7 INGREDIENTS
Our secret sauce recipe only uses fresh herbs and spices, you will taste the difference.

OUR CHEESE IS MIXED IN SMALL BATCHES
This blend is a delightful ratio of Mozzarella, Asiago and Parmesan.

The Pizza Cart has been slinging pies at the biggest and best venues in Central Oregon and around the Northwest for over 12 years, our resume includes: St. Paul Rodeo, Sister Folk Fest, Pendleton Round Up, Bend Brew Fest, Sisters Rodeo, Oregon Jamboree, Les Schwab Amphitheater concerts, and all the various festivals Bend, Central Oregon, and surrounding areas have to offer. At our peak we have the ability crank out over 100 pizzas an hour, with an average wait to be about 3-5 minutes. We know we could be a great addition to your wonderful event by feeding your guests something that not only tastes amazing but comes from the heart.

The Pizza Cart produces 10” hand rolled thin crust pizzas. We believe that by using quality product from local purveyors we will simply produce a more delicious pizza. We make our dough and sauce from scratch using less than 7 ingredients in each. Our personal thin crust pizza delights our hungry guests. We offer gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, egg free and soy free options and pride ourselves on catering to even the most restrictive diets. We have an extremely low ecological footprint using an Oregon cob brick oven, and we are proud that the only waste the cart leaves is biodegradable paper plates and napkins.

 
 

Oregon COB BRICK OVEN

Our locally designed and built cob oven is at the heart of our operation. Aesthetically, the oven is a great attraction as our guests can see our fire from over 100 ft away. This view draws people in quite literally like moths to a flame. The oven fits very snug under our 10'x10' or 20'x10' canopy. Another wonderful element of The Pizza Cart is our amazing staff. We have worked diligently to employ dynamic folks who love to be a part of our business and strive to create a unique food cart experience for our guests. It is common to walk by our cart and hear playful banter, singing, laughing and always music and dancing (sometimes synchronized if the mood strikes us). We love interacting with people and realize that as vendors at a concert, rodeo, or other fun event our main goal is to be an extension of that celebration.
