We have been slinging pies at the biggest and best venues in Oregon for over nine years, our resume includes: Willamette Country Music Festival, Bumpershoot, Bend BrewFest, Les Schwab Amphitheater concerts, Sisters Folk Fest, and all the various festivals Central Oregon and surrounding areas have to offer. The Pizza Cart specializes in 10" thin crust personal artisan pizzas. Our prices range from $8-$11. At our peak we have the ability to crank out over 90 pizzas an hour, our average wait is about 3-5 minutes. We could be a great addition to your wonderful event by feeding your guests something that not only tastes amazing but comes from the heart.

The Pizza Cart believes that by using quality organic products from local purveyors we will simply produce a more delicious pizza. We make our dough and sauce from scratch using less than 7 ingredients in each. We buy from local farmers and organic goods when seasons permit. We are proud to have extremely low ecological footprint using a locally designed and fabricated Oregon cob brick oven and the only waste that leaves the cart are biodegradable paper plates and napkins.

Our locally designed and built cob oven is at the heart of our operation. Aesthetically, the oven with its warming fire, is a great attraction that our guests can see from over 100 ft away, this view draws people in like moths to a flame. The oven fits very snug under our 10'x10' or 20'x10' canopy. Another wonderful element The Pizza Cart has is our amazing staff. We have worked extremely hard to employ dynamic folks who love to be a part of our business and strive to create a unique food cart experience for our guests. It is common to walk by our cart and hear playful banter, singing, laughing and always music and dancing (sometimes synchronized if the mood strikes us). We love the interaction with people and realize that as vendors in a concert or fun event our main goal should be to be an extension of that celebration.

Pacific Tavern opened in May 2010 and is located inside the Smith Hotel Brooklyn. Since then, Golden Spork winner Chef Lang has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.

Pacific Tavern's interior, designed by the award-winning Hayden Collective, reflects the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to Brooklyn's storied past. The multi-level restaurant offers the choice to observe passers-by in the glass-encased Cascade Bar on the 2nd floor, or watch the art of cooking as it occurs in the open-kitchen dining room.
